November 12, 2024 | [EDITORIAL] A Declaration of War: Against the Australian Government

I can no longer remain patient and just watch on as the Australian Government engages in the most serious and unforgiving overreach the country has ever witnessed.

The current far-left Government is indisputably the worst Administration the country has ever had, led by the Labor Party's Anthony Albanese, whom is indisputably the worst Prime Minister the country has ever had.

The Australian Parliament has just passed the terrible and dangerous Misinformation Bill through the House of Representatives.

While it still must pass through the Senate, to become law, I have no doubt that all who have formerly opposed the Bill will cave and support the passage of the Bill through the Senate.

The Senate is supposed to function as a house of review.

Like everything else purported to be democratic, it's a total lie.

The Senate in no way functions as a house of review as you're told.

I have no confidence the Senate will block the Misinformation Bill, and everything I see points to the Bill passing before the Parliament breaks for the year.

It's a dangerous time, politically, as irrespective of which party is in power at the time, the Government uses this time of year to ram through terrible and dangerous legislation, as there's typically minimal opposition (or care) and minimal effort to block it.

Right now, the Labor Government is using this time to ram through legislation in the form of the Misinformation Bill, and attempting to ban access to social networks for minors.

The proposed social network ban poses massive problems of its own.

Not only is it providing the Government with the power to dictate how you parent your children, but it provides the Government with the power to dictate how you access social networks, and the internet generally.

It remains unclear what specific technical implementations the Australian Government will require social network operators to implement, solely to satisfy the Australian Government's ridiculous, dangerous overreaching legislation - if and when it becomes law - but the Government has already signaled it will require some form of digital identification authentication mechanism.

This comes despite the lack of real-world evidence of any working technical solution.

There should be no working solution to a problem that does not exist in reality.

It's Government overreach, pure and simple.

This will involve biometric data collection of children.

The Government collecting and profiling your children through biometric analysis, to watch Bluey on YouTube, should be enough to alarm everyone.

This is truly dangerous territory, and we cannot go down the path of allowing the Government to collect and store biometrics data of young people and our children.

I have always been an advocate for digital identification for over 18s, as I truly believe as a citizen the benefits are truly beneficial.

However, it's critical to note my support and embrace for digital identification has always been for only those over the age of 18 and my support has always been conditional, in that citizen uptake of digital identification must remain opt-in and optional.

Additionally, it must not be used as a mandatory requirement for identification authentication for internet access, including social networks.

If the Australian Government thinks I am going to sit down and take this, they're seriously mistaken.

I no longer care for stupid laws and such laws will ultimately be disregarded by myself and anyone I educate.

Regardless of the type of overreaching and unjust laws the Australian Government proposes or implements, I will continue to disregard, dismiss, and skirt them, while educating others on how to do the same.

Citizen revolt.

I am fed up, and my patience and tolerance is exhausted.

I am just so done with successive Australian Governments destroying all of the freedoms we have and of which made this country once so free.

Free we are no more.

It's now become systemic and citizens must accept that the Australia we once knew, is forever gone.

Democracy is a total puppet show and the rules are fixed to keep the elites - and only the elites - in control.

Not only will I be encouraging technology companies to avoid setting up operations in Australia, but I will continue to advocate they outright refuse to cooperate with overreaching Australian laws.

If this requires a complete removal of Australian operations, then I encourage this.

Netizens will always find other ways to access services that don't have native Australian access.

From this day forward, I will be taking it upon myself to educate others of how to skirt unjust laws and bans, through the use of virtual private networks and onion routing, or combinations of technologies.

It's not just the Government which has destroyed this country, Australian voters have a lot to answer for.

For decades, Australian voters have continued to ignore the incremental, yet obvious, increase in surveillance, Government overreach and erosion of freedoms and privacy, even electing a far-left political party to form Government.

As I pointed out just today, on X, Australians voted in a far-left Government and are complaining about a far-left Government.

I am waging a relentless war against the Australian Government's attempts to erode our freedoms and control the flow of information.

This is a Declaration of War.
